• BDE will be responsible for acquiring new clients, identifying business opportunities, facilitating the creation of solutions for clients, account management, and revenue collection.
• Making outbound and Inbound calls to prospective clients, explaining products and services for generating appointments.
• Generate leads/prospects over the phone
• 1 year Experience in telesales or Inside Sales
• Ability to develop & maintain a positive working relationship with the client
• Must possess excellent communication skills, ability to convince on cross-sell and upsell opportunities and diligence to follow-up
• Understanding current external and internal business challenges
• Knowledge of Passive Marketing like using submitted resumes, bench lists, and databases for various requirements available in the Market.
